You
can Keep Teeth Healthy
and free of both
tooth decay and
gum disease by simply
following these simple easy steps.
Every time we eat or drink,
friendly bacteria in the mouth creates acid to break this food
down. This acid attacks teeth. Food that remains between teeth
becomes a sticky acidic paste that hardens to plaque and
attacks teeth further.
Therefore keeping teeth
healthy is simply a result of keeping teeth clean,
neutralising acids as soon as possible and preventing plaque
build.
So how do you do this?
Brush after eating or at
least twice a day after meals. Acidity is at is strongest for
the first 20 minutes.
Rotation Oscillation Brushes are the most effective. Removing up to 7% more plaque and leading to
17% less gum disease.
Neutralise acidity. Use a
powerful anti bacterial solution such as
Oram
Plus.
Floss to dislodge any food
debris still stuck between teeth after brushing. An
oral irrigator
can be an amazing 93% more effective at this than the usually flossing tape.
Prevent plaque build up by
using a dental plaque remover.
